I joined the TELUS Digital family in 2005 and over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of growing alongside the organization through transformative change and expansion. My career has been defined by driving consistent business performance and strengthening our caring, purpose-driven culture. I have played a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint, spearheading acquisitions and operations across Asia and Africa — particularly in Morocco and South Africa — and leading our recent expansion across Southeast Asia, to position TELUS Digital as a truly global powerhouse.
With more than 24 years of experience in business process outsourcing and digitally-enabled customer experience solutions, I bring deep expertise in global operations and a steadfast belief in technology's power to transform customer engagement. I am passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, deploying emerging technologies and AI to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer outcomes and create sustainable competitive advantage for TELUS Digital's clients.
Beyond business performance, I serve on the TELUS Digital Philippines and India Community Boards and am the executive sponsor of Spectrum, our LGBTQIA2S+ employee resource group. Creating an inclusive, diverse and supportive workplace is deeply important to me, and I take pride in fostering an environment where every team member can thrive, contribute their best work and feel valued.
I am based in Manila, where I continue to work closely with our regional and global teams to advance our mission of delivering trusted, innovative and human-centered digital experiences that make a positive difference in the world.
