As part of CCW, we're inviting a select group of attendees on a guided field trip to the TELUS Digital Las Vegas office. Get a behind-the-scenes look at our contact centre facilities and hear directly from Zendesk experts delivering live product demonstrations. We'll be showcasing real-world use cases and how leading organisations are using Zendesk to transform their customer service operations.

Please note that all Zendesk demonstrations will be conducted using dedicated demo environments by product experts on-site.

Build your own voice agent: A hands-on workshop with ElevenLabs

Voice AI is no longer experimental, it's running at production scale at companies like Revolut, Klarna, Deutsche Telekom and Meta. In this 90-minute workshop, ElevenLabs' GTM and engineering teams will share what separates a demo from a production-grade agent and then put you in the driver's seat. Every attendee will configure and deploy their own live voice agent using ElevenAgents, complete with persona design, knowledge base integration, conversational guardrails and CCaaS connectivity. You leave with a working agent you built yourself, not a set of notes.
